It doesn’t always have to be the ultimate – those who prefer it down-to-earth are right on the mark in the Gourmet Inn. Here you’ll find traditional specialities with a modern twist and regional influences, prepared mainly with local produce, including game from the Karwendel region or premium fish from the crystal-clear waters of the “Ducal Kreuth fish farm”. The icing on the cake during your stay in the Gourmet Hotel Alpin is our generous breakfast buffet.

In the Gault&Millau 2025 the two top chefs Alexander and Armin Gründler were awarded 4 Toques for Gründler’s Gourmet Parlour.
Since 2013 they have been members of JRE Austria, are among the ranks of Gourmet Hotels Austria and have been on the list of 100 Best Chefs Austria since 2020.
